Delete your ticly account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open ticly and sign in.
2. Go to your profile and tap the menu button to open Settings.
3. Tap Delete account at the bottom, then Delete forever.

Your account is deleted right away.

Without the app

Email dannyhilariosuarez@gmail.com from the email address of your account, with the subject "Delete my ticly account". We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your account: email, username, profile photo and year of birth.
• All your photos, moments and memories.
• Tics you gave and received, the people you follow and who follow you, and your notifications.
• Your push notification registrations.

Nothing is kept, except copies in routine backups, which are removed as those backups expire (within 30 days). Moments you shared outside ticly yourself (for example to an Instagram story) are not under our control.
